1. The Data Controller of personal data of users of the Cisolar.solutions website (hereinafter: the Website) is Infracapital Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Dziekanów Leśny (05-092), ul. Kaczki Dziwaczki 41A, Dziekanów Leśny, Poland, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000408534, NIP 1182082658, REGON: 145963795, which processes the personal data of Website users in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws No. 171, item 1800, as amended).
2. Infracapital Sp. z o.o. processes personal data:
– to respond to messages sent via the contact form,
– to establish cooperation,
– to determine, investigate, and defend against potential user claims,
– to send commercial information, including offering financial products and services, upon obtaining necessary consents from users as required by applicable laws,
– for technical purposes.
3. Infracapital Sp. z o.o. processes only the categories of personal data provided by the Users.
4. Providing data is voluntary.
